Shadow governs life by silently deciding what is “not allowed” within us, pushing certain emotions and traits out of awareness while still holding their charge in the body and psyche. These disowned parts then influence our reactions, choices, and relationship patterns from the background, often through triggers, projections, and compulsive behaviors. To manage this hidden charge, we develop a pseudo identity.
