As we have Electrical Grids that provides Electricity to our homes, Human Body also have similar Grids called as Cosmic Grid that provides Energy for our day-to-day living and for the functioning of our Human Body. 

The Cosmic Energy Grids are in alignment with Earths Magnetic and Electromagnetic Fields and so more we are in alignment with the Earths fields better is the quality of our life i.e. we attract better People, Places, Situations, Opportunities , Good Relationship & Health in our life. 

The Outside Energy Grids are dependent on our internal Energy fields that we have within our human body.

The vibrancy of internal Energy Fields inside our human body are dependent on our Emotional States, Thoughts & Feelings.  For e.g. a Sorrow / Sad feeling will deplete our own Internal Energy Field and repeated feeling of Sad or Sorrow will start to block the Internal Energy Carrying Circuits - called as Meridians. The Energy Meridians are very sensitive in nature and our own Emotional States can block or unblock any Meridians. Once a blockages is created in Energy Meridian by way of our Thoughts, Feelings & Emotions then this blockages converts into a disease for human body. So, the root of any discomfort of disease in human body is the Energy Blockages in Meridians. This blockages obstructs the flow of Energy (Prana) to our Organs and so the Organ starts to give up as it is unable to receive the required Life Force - i.e. the Energy (Prana) and so the breakdown process starts for that particular organ giving rise to diseases.

Energy carrying circuits with our body  can only be free from blockages if we learn how to efficiently handle our Emotions, Thoughts & Feelings.
